Hello, We are writing to express our appreciation to Bob Johnson Toyota in Rochester NY for their absolutely outstanding customer service! We recently flew from Minneapolis MN to purchase a Dodge Charger from Bob Johnson Toyota in Rochester NY to drive home to MN. It’s concerning to buy a vehicle online, especially when investing airline tickets and a hotel stay into the cost. Of particular note was our sales consultant; Yehuda Shapira. He crawled all over the vehicle to send us video of every angle, he made last minute changes to our scheduled appointments when our flight was delayed due to mechanical problems, and then delayed again due to weather. Yehuda answered every call or text message we sent immediately- even when the dealership was closed. The vehicle we purchased was exactly as advertised, and thanks to the dealership’s expertise, closing the sale was fast and efficient. The vehicle had been through an inspection, but in the middle of a sunny day, no one thought to recheck the headlights. We followed Yehuda’s directions to see Niagara Falls before driving towards MN… it wasn’t until leaving Niagara late on Saturday night that we discovered our driver’s side headlight wasn’t working. We texted Yehuda long after regular business hours just to make him aware. He replied right away advising us to bring the vehicle to our nearest Dodge dealership, and make him aware of anything found by the technician. The headlight worked intermittently during our drive home. We brought it to our local Dodge dealer in MN who diagnosed a fuse that required replacement; we paid $132.00 for the repair, and informed Yehuda per his request. Shortly thereafter, we received a check from Bob Johnson Toyota reimbursing us the $132.00 repair. Now THAT’s Customer Service!! Ironically, I sat next to a woman on our flight to NY who advised she had ‘bought my last three cars from a Bob Johnson dealership- they’re great!’ We absolutely agree!! Our thanks to Yehuda for being so wonderfully responsive, and to Bob Johnson Toyota for really going above and beyond to provide such an exceptional customer service experience… it was so appreciated!! My sales rep was Ryan Stevens, and he was AMAZING!! We never felt pressured, and he was so patient with us. He gave us a nice deal on a 2025 Rav4. Everybody at the store was so friendly. I was afraid I was going to deal with a pushy salesman, but that was not the case with Ryan!! Thank you, Ryan! This was the first time I was not stressed buying a car :) The store is really nice too! Very clean and had a beautiful fireplace! I highly recommend Ryan as your next sales guy!! :) He is so calm, and I am not!! lol Thanks for everything! We love the car!
I bought 2 Rav-4s last year, and I bought a 2018 Lexus from Kodjo, he sold me all 3. Customer Service to Kodjo is number 1. I won’t buy another car from Bob Johnson, If Kodjo isn’t there.

Last week I purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 Prime. The experience could not have been more relaxing. The trade in deal was fair and accurate, and working with Jarvis Lewis as the sales representative was a match made in heaven. Jarvis is respectful, accommodating, and made the sales anxiety-free. Congratulations to the Sales Department for retaining such a personal and professional person as Jarvis!
