This applies to the Volvo dealer only. Staff was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles, however when it came time time to purchase a $40K plus vehicle they gave us a measly 500 dollar credit and refused to negotiate any more. We were ready to buy on the spot! We were able to find an identical model (year/trim) with less miles for nearly $4K less! So much for trying to do business with a hometown dealer. Do not, I repeat, do not stop at Century Volvo, they want to make way too much off of used cars. Just shop around, they are not they only place that sells Volvos.
All of the people I dealt with were not only friendly, but knew the automobiles well. I know I walked out with an exceptionally fair price. I am a repeat customer and will use them again if and when I would like a new or preowned vehicle.
