I had a great experience at Audi Natick. Zachary worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for and gave me a very competitive deal. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle so I could really understand how to get the most out of it. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, no delays, no surprises, just a straightforward and professional experience. I’ll definitely be working with Zachary again for my next lease. I had a great service experience with Linda who did everything she could to help me. Explained my service, went over my warranties, and called me an uber so I didn’t have to wait. I hope I get her again and will use her for all my service needs.
Our experience with Audi Natick has been consistently professional and we are especially gratified to be able to work with our sales representative, Ed Quirk. This is our third car purchase from Audi Natick and we utilize their service department for all our routine maintenance. We have always felt confident in the process of car purchase through maintenance throughout the years. Ed has been supportive in helping us become comfortable, beyond the sales aspect, with each feature of our car. We would highly recommend his skill set and experience to others.
Went there to buy used car for my son. Worked with Knat. The dealership was great, they stand behind all of their vehicles. Carver chose ended up having brakes that were not fixable but would recommend them.
My partner and I did not have a great experience due to the sales representative, Brendan Walsh. During the purchasing process, we asked multiple times whether the car included a remote start feature, and we were told that it did. After the purchase, we realized the vehicle did not have remote start. We contacted Brendan by both phone and text. He acknowledged that the feature was not included and told us that Audi would cover the cost of purchasing and installing a remote start through a third party. Unfortunately, the process took several months, and we had to repeatedly follow up due to Brendan not responding or making progress on the issue. Eventually, I contacted the Sales Manager, Joey Lehtomaki, who did handle the reimbursement after the remote start was installed. However, the situation did not seem to receive much urgency or concern despite the fact that the issue had been ongoing for months. While the missing feature itself was not the biggest problem, the lack of communication and the time it took to resolve the situation was unacceptable. I ultimately had to take a day off from work to have the remote start installed, and the entire process could have been handled much more efficiently with better follow-up and communication.
