Fantastic to work with. They handled my lease buyout with precision. Tim is a great sales manager, and Jim in service is the best. I cant say enough, they are the best.
My experience with Sentry West Mazda was fantastic. I recently took my 2009 Mazda 6I to fix a flat after hitting a giant pothole. While completing the task, they found a significant unrelated issue. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me the part was still under warranty and replaced it at no cost. The service technician was courteous, friendly, and professional, explaining the process clearly and keeping me updated. It's amazing how my 14-year-old Mazda 6I still drives like new, thanks to Mazda's excellent design, exceptional workmanship, and quality parts. That said, I feel the professional, trustworthy, and efficient service from Jim Kelley and his team at Sentry West Mazda service is what makes keeping the car in this shape a pleasure. I will buy a Mazda again, and it will be at Sentry Mazda West.
After usually very stressful and anxious experiences with other car dealers, I always go back to Sentry West Mazda. They are authentic, honest and provide the best value and service around here. Even at this difficult time, they delivered me the exact car I asked within a few days at MSRP. Tim Colleton is the kindest and most reliable sales person I have ever met. He has exceptional people skills and expert knowledge about Mazda cars. He taught me all about my new car. He returned my phone calls always quickly. He made my car purchase experience very smooth, enjoyable and happy one. Great cars and great people! The facility is always super clean and stylish too.
I had a great experience with Vardan, the finance manager at Sentry West. He walked me through the whole process so I could understand each step. I had not owned a vehicle for a few years, so I was starting from scratch and he made it quick and easy. He answered my questions regarding insurance, helped me secure a loan, and registered the vehicle for me. The dealership also did the state inspection. I just picked my car up last night and the whole process was seamless from start to finish!
My husband and I have bought several cars from this dealership over the past 20 years. Have had exceptional service especially from the service manager Jim. If you had a bad experience you probably deserved it.
Sent me a true car offer, and didn't honor it at ALL! No reason for why...Been buynig cars for over 25yrs, this dealer has to take the cake for the worst! The other dealers at least didn't present an offer only to take it away minutes later...
