I had the best vehicle purchasing experience of my life at Koch Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and completely stress free. Product Specialist Michael Clapso was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mike made the entire process comfortable and easy. He handled every little detail with care and kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. If you're planning to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Mike. You won’t regret it. This was truly an outstanding experience!
Had my truck in for a $350 transmission service, now transmission is leaking and they claim it has nothing to do with what they did. Was not leaking before the service. Now they want to charge me over $200 to tell me it’s leaking plus the cost of the repair. What a bunch of scam artist and thieves!
Be careful twice I was charged for a rental car that was covered by my warranty. I had no choice but to rent the car and I questioned them about my warranty in regards to loaner car. What a scam they charged me to rent the car from their rental service and then probably also got paid from my warranty. When I asked for a reason why I was charged they ignored my calls and emails.
I purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic from this dealer. I was not informed until all the sales paperwork was signed that there was only one FOB for the car. I was resigned to paying for a duplicate, but attempts by a locksmith and my local Honda dealer to make one were unsuccessful due to something interfering with access to the module that controls the FOB. Koch did offer to have their service staff try to pinpoint the problem, but after a feeble attempt, that indicated they couldn't find any issues. I returned to my Honda dealer, who after 3 hours of troubleshooting, and $600 of labor cost, discovered stereo wiring, installed by the previous owners, was interfering with the cars electrical system. This was on top of the $250 to buy a FOB and have it programed. Several attempts to have Koch reimburse me for the labor cost I incurred fell on deaf ears. Obviously, they don't stand behind their vehicles, or honor their 30 day warranty on used vehicles. Buyers beware!
My husband and I made our second purchase from Koch 33 Ford, and there's no question as to why we always go back. The staff is so friendly, honest and personable! They never make you feel pressured and stand by everything they say. The facility is super clean. I can't say enough fantastic words about this dealership and all there staff!
Purchased new 2024 F150 back in August, now with 3453 miles computer message "parking brake limited function, service required". I called service for appointment and they said I would have to leave truck all day. I live over 40 miles away and asked for loaner car. Service said they do not have loaners but I could rent a car and if it was a warranty issue I wouldn't have to pay. How can they say if it is a warranty issue when I have a bumper to bumper 36,000 mile warranty and I only have 3453 miles on truck? I emailed sales a week ago and no reply. If I knew they would not provide loaners I wouldn't have purchased truck. I made appointment local with Ray Price Ford and will not call Koch and will not be a repeat customer.
