Very Unsatisfied with the Service Department. Warranty work on transmission was not done right and had to bring it to another dealer to get it fixed correctly and documented that they failed to perform the work correctly. manager said after they failed to fix it that he didn't really have a good transmission guy !!

Would not buy from the Dealership until they get rid of the sales manager. He displays a lack of respect for his salesmen

I am trying to decide if after 12 years of driving a suburban, I might want to drive another model. I absolutely love Dantin's Service Department and they are big part of my decision making process. The new suburbans are exceptional vehicles and even if I decide to purchase another make/model... I can guarantee Dantin will still get my referrals.

I worked with Melissa in internet sales. She had by far the best customer service and price than any of the other Chevrolet dealerships locally. The vehicle was washed and pulled up to the dealership when I arrived. I was not expecting this at all. Once I was came in she introducted me to Butch. He was great. I will definately recommend this dealership to everyone. Use the internet sales department to make the process easier!

I went here in attempt to make a new Tahoe purchase. I was treated as though I wasn't important enough to spend time on or try to help. My trade in was even scoffed at. Needless to say, I did not make my new purchase through them. I instead went to Leblanc Nissan in Gonzales and bought a new 2011 Armada. Not only was I blown away with the customer service at Leblanc Nissan, but the product was ten times better than Chevy's. If you are looking for someone to take time and help you with a trade in and get a good deal, I do NOT recommend Dantin Chevrolet. Thank you.
