I bought a 2021 Acura tlx from here about 3 weeks ago and it was one of the smoothest dealership experiences I've had. Kevin baker and the finance team really helped making the out of state purchase smooth and problem free.

I have tried calling, leaving multiple messages for the General Manager to please return my call. All of this started on Saturday January 27, 2024. After having to absolutely hound this dealership to even make a simple courtesy call. Nothing, finally on Friday February 2, 1024. I explained to the Sales Manager my concerns, including possibly of death. He understood this can be a life or death situation and he Guaranteed me he would absolutely call me back to further discuss to come to resolution. The Sales Manager just like the General Manager of Frank Leeta Acura WILL NOT RETURN RETURN EVEN A COURTESY CALL BACK. Frank Leta was put on actual notice of a potential life threatening problem with my Acura I purchased from Frank Leta and boy do I Regret ever being caught up with these unprofessionals who only care about profit. They will not make even the simplest of things right. NO CALL BACKS!! This will be your experience also, do you want to be treated the same way I have been treated? Because you can, but don’t bother with the phone, you will have to drive there every time you may need something done on your Acura! Thank you.

Frank Leta Acura Management not just an employee, but yes Management does NOT return phone calls. For days and days I have called and left a message for as many people I could just to get ONE return call. Seven days and NOTHING. NOT EVEN AN EMAIL.

I have called MANAGEMENT for seven (7) days and NO return phone calls. They sold me a car without a spare tire or the key to get the lug nuts off. If I drove down in winter weather and drove down this would put me in the reality of dying in the cold. They do NOT RETURN a simple phone calls. Not even a courtesy call saying we are looking into this and will get back to me. NOTHING NO RETURN PHONE CALLS!! This is how you will be treated at Frank Leta Acura. They ignore their clients and will not return a phone call! How is this a sustainable business model, by never returning a simple phone call?

They sold me a car without a spare tire or the key for the Lugnuts. I called management and they never returned a call.
