This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership. Ethan was extremely helpful, courteous, personable and professional. I kept my first Acadia for 10 years and had it serviced at this dealership for a large part of that time. Everyone I have dealt with over the years has been very sensitive to my needs and helpful. The decision to let go of my 10 year old car was not easy for me, but I can safely say that the experience here make it much better than I could have imagined. Ethan found me exactly the perfect replacement and facilitated the technological transition for me. I will still be consulting him as there is much to learn!
Fred the service writer made it easy from the start. Work began on time and finished in the amount expected. Josh Patrick the service manager is a stand up guy. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Tech did a good job. Happy with the service once again.
I've been to Key twice so far and both times they were professional and on point. My first visit was a hopeful drop-in with a check engine light. Joshua was extremely helpful and got me in right away. The issue was resolved within a couple hours and I was on my way. I have had not-so-great experiences with other GMC dealerships in the past but the service department at Key really stands out and is clearly well run. Thank you!

Good communication, but odd that the filters were so dirty and clogged considering I bring my truck to you every 6,000 miles for service. I do not appreciate the credit card fee. I am considering bringing my truck to a private service station that does not charge a fee. The air filter cost was higher than your competition. I choose Key because it is where I purchased my truck. However, I will not pay a premium.
