4 days to look at my car even with an appointment. I think Pedro did not want much work. No good service , no buying new car either. Apparently they dont understand service translates to new car sales.
I brought my car in because the gauges were fluctuating. They recommended me to get a new transmission for $7500 with the labor being $225 per hour. I declined it. I went back to my shop got a newer transmission for five grand was having the same issue. They trying to tell me now that that transmission is bad. How are you a dealership but can't figure out what the problem is terrible service they just want your money would not recommend go somewhere else go to a different Chevy dealership. The only good thing they offer is a shuttle ride home and they refilled my gas after they used half a tank trying to figure out what the problem is just to try to tell me that the transmission I just put in was bad update: different dealership said same thing but both dont know what the issue is but i wanted to publicly apologize for a xxxxty review. just frustrating neither one can pinpoint exactly what the problem is. i appreciate the work yall both do. i would recommend jerry chevy and any other dealership to service you car
So I brought my car in to Jerry’s just to get checked out for a couple things like new windshield wipers, check my brakes, and check my transmission, and check my mirrors that move on their own against my settings. Now they had my car for a couple days, talked me into a new battery… okay fine. Most things are covered under my extended warranty purchase. But here’s the problem. My car left in worse shape than when I brought it in. The check engine light has come on twice now and won’t go off. The rear air conditioning no longer works and my mirrors are still moving on their own no matter what my settings are. They also overcharged me and still haven’t seen payment back for it. I have called multiple times only to be disconnected or get a voicemail. I sent a text which was not responded to until I sent a few more. Was told someone would be calling me about setting up a rental vehicle but still haven’t heard from anyone. Seeing as this company is the one who messed up my car you would think I’d be more of a top priority to fix their mistakes. I’ve got 4 kids and driving around in 100 degree weather with them baking in the backseat is not okay.
After waiting 2 1/2 Years after The "Chip Shortage" during Covid, we were still getting the runaround at a well known Chevy dealership in Arlington about the chips needed for our 2022 Traverse. On a whim while out driving around one Saturday in September we stopped at Jerry's Chevrolet in Burleson and spoke to Joseph Pekar, the Service Advisor on duty that day. Joseph was friendly, and sympathetic about our frustration with the other dealership. He took the information on the car, and the chips needed to finally make our car whole and completely functional. He explained that it would take a few days for the chips to come in, and set up a day with us to bring the car in when he could personally oversee the service on our car. The service went off without a hitch. and was completed exactly as promised. When we arrived to pick up our car Joseph went over the work that had been done, and answered our questions about the new functions available to us for the first time since we bought the car. I highly recommend the service department at Jerry's Chevrolet, and applaud Joseph Pekar for his commitment to great service and customer satisfaction. In the past I purchased new vehicles at other dealerships, and then regretted my choice once I had to schedule service for those cars. This time I think I did this the right way. I Experienced Top-notch service which made me comfortable enough to come back a couple weeks later and buy a Silverado from Jerry's in Burleson. I hope this tribute to Jerry's service department will be helpful to those who have been discouraged with service experiences elsewhere, and will give you food for thought if you are considering purchasing a new Chevrolet.
