What Others Say
I visited Buhler and Bitter on May 2nd,2026 to inquire about leasing a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X, initially, the experience was pleasant. Although I never even saw the vehicle, I was asked to leave a $500 deposit, which I agreed to. I was provided with a configuration preview worksheet and write-up sheet outlining the down payment, monthly payment, and yearly mileage terms. I was also clearly promised multiple times that they would NOT run my credit until the vehicle arrived and after we spoke again. The very next day, Sunday, I texted Florentino "Flo" Ayende (Account Manager) and specifically reminded him not to run my credit before we both speak on Monday, and he assured me he would not. He contacted me Monday morning around 9:30AM, I simply began asking questions about the deal. That's when his entire tone changed. He became "EXTREMELY" upset, accused me of "wasting his time," and aggressively told me to provide my credit card information so he could refund me my $500 deposit. I then called back and asked to speak with his manager, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Unfortunately, the situation only became worse. The manager "Lane Griffin" spoke to me in a very derogatory and disrespectful manner, repeated that I had "wasted their time and he doesn't like doing business with "you people". He then stated my deal was "off the table," claimed my refund had already been processed, and abruptly hung up on me. I have never been treated this poorly by a dealership in my entire life. Asking questions before entering a financial agreement is completely reasonable, especially when discussing a vehicle lease and credit inquiry. The complete lack of professionalism, respect, and communication from both Florentino (Account Manager) and Lane Griffin (Manager) was shocking. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.
Still paying off a 2020bram 1500.i took great care of this thing. It still looks brand new. My engine ate itself from the inside out. Bueller won't help even though I bought the truck from them brand new. They want $15.000 to fix. Never again will I buy from them. And I'm in the market too. Shame bueller. I shouldn't have to buy a new engine after 130,000 miles
I just purchased my 6th vehicle From Buhler, 2026 Ram 1500 Hemi Big Horn. Dan Gall and sales staff a great.
I have a lease with Jeep that started in December 2023 because I needed a reliable vehicle for me and my family trips. I chose to lease instead of buying because I believed a new vehicle would be safer, under full warranty, and would save me from expensive repairs or unexpected issues. I trusted that Jeep would provide me with a dependable car and proper support if anything went wrong. However, it has been the complete opposite. The vehicle is currently 18 months into the lease, and while driving on the highway for no reason at all the right side window flew off. I had to pull over in the middle of the highway, which was extremely dangerous, but I couldn’t find the window. The next day, I went to the dealership on Route 22, and they told me to go back to the dealer where I got the car, even though I was originally told that I could go to any Jeep dealer for service. When I went to the Hazlet dealer where I leased the car, they wanted to charge me $870.75 to replace the window. They told me that if I could bring the window back, the company would provide a new one. I later returned with the window but they wanted to charge me for the installation. Luckily, Florentino, the sales representative who first helped me get my lease helped me put the window back on. The following week, the left side also flew off while I was driving on the highway. Florentino showed me how to put it back on myself. But then the right side window came off yet again while I was driving. Last Thursday frustrated after so many incidents, I returned to the dealer to speak to Matt and Tim from Services. They were extremely rude and unprofessional they called Florentino to help me. At this point, I am extremely upset. No one at Jeep or this dealership has offered me a real solution. They told me that the only option is to replace the entire roof, which makes absolutely no sense for a leased vehicle that should be under warranty. I leased this Jeep because I expected a safe, reliable vehicle. Instead, I’ve been left with a car that is unsafe to drive -windows flying off on the highway could easily cause a serious accident. I feel very unsafe every time I get into this vehicle. I do not feel that my family or I are safe while driving it. I am VERY disappointed and do not recommend Jeep or this dealer at all!!!
My wife and I recently purchased a certified used Jeep Renegade from this dealership, after about 3 months and less than 100 miles.
The service engine light came on again. This is a certified vehicle. When we brought it to another dealership, they informed us that It's solenoid needed to be replaced as well as a air filter compartment.
These repairs cost us over $1000. The dealership basically told me to go to Hades, and that it was not covered terrible dealership. I will never do business with them again. Do not deal with these people if you want a fair vehicle.
Went for service this morning and it was excellent. I did not have to wait that long for an oil change and tire rotation. Joe was friendly and courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Great job.
