I had a great experience with my semi-annual oil change for my Subaru. My Subaru advisor Ryan Rogers put me at ease with my concerns for my brakes and catalytic converter. I was able to look at other Subaru vehicles while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and talk to a dealer there. Ryan and the dealer also advised me about electric versus hybrid cars and the types of service they may need if I decided to get one as the gas prices are so high and continue to climb. After initial inspection by the mechanic, Ryan showed me a helpful video why it was necessary to have additional work other than my oil change. The waiting area is clean and has good snacks. Only suggestion is to have closed captioning on the television since they have the sound off to not bother people while they wait.

This is the 4th car I’ve purchased at Autobarn Subaru and the experiences keep getting better, not that they need improvement. Hormis was a pleasure to work with , I never felt pressured and did feel he had my best interests at heart. The process was pretty quick and easy. It helped that I knew what I wanted, but Hormis did suggest getting a hybrid and I’m so glad that I did. I also enjoyed working with Juan on the financing paperwork. He was very nice and easy going. I can’t imagine going to another dealership, My record of 4 cars speaks for itself. I highly recommend Autobarn Subaru, if you’re buying ask for Hormis!
