Consistancy! However, Dorman Cadillac's Service Dept., would benefit its' customers with an upgrade to receiving "scheduled appointment customers." Using some current admin staff and hand-held technology to confirm required services and then completing the check-in process, 1) determining drop-off customers, 2) waiting customers, 3) shuttle riders, 4) Dorman Cadillac hospitality [waiting area, coffee, water, WI-FI, cell charging stations, rest-rooms 5) etc. Constructive analysis only, good job.

Dealership takes too long to to get an oil change. Had to wait ten days to get mine changed. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Dorman Cadillac-GMC is a great dealership. The service is impeccable and they treat me like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My daughter bought a used vehicle from them and it still had the factory warranty. The SUV has left her stranded several times for not going in to "Drive". It is stuck in Park. It has been to Dorman Cadillac 3 times for this issue and this time it's been in there for 10 weeks. They will NOT give her a loaner nor are they any closer to getting it fixed. They said, to get a loaner, we have to go through GM or we could pay for a rental and they would reimburse the cost. At this point, I wouldn't count on getting reimbursed so we did not get a rental. GM will not return calls. Dorman Cadillac is NO help AT ALL!!! We should not have to deal with GM at all since Dorman sold us the vehicle. In 10 weeks, they could have done something to get it fixed right. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU GO THERE AND NEED HELP!!! Our next step is getting a lawyer, which we are in the process of doing, and see if WRAL Troubleshooter can do a report on it.

My husband called Joey about a new Cadillac on a Friday afternoon. We were just looking. I drove it home later that evening. Dorman Cadillac-GMC really have great customer service. This was my 3rd car purchased from this Dealership over the last 10 year. I recommend to all my friends & family.

I needed the air conditioning repaired in my CTS. I had called several dealers and repair shops for estimates and chose Dorman after both calling them and reading reviews online. From start to finish the service was superb! Clear, thorough communication with no upselling made the process stress-free and a business I can trust BECAUSE of the people!
