Some 2 years ago I bought a using infinity Q50 from them and that purchased an extended warranty. We negotiated from 2300 down to 1800I paid the then finance manager Jared Rudy star. $1800 cash, his eyes got huge. He says, oh you're paying cash, I said yeah, I don't wanna finance. He takes the money. He brings me back a warranty 18 miles at the bottom of the warranty, I'm thinking that that's my receipt or that's substantial evidence. Some 2 months later, had a problem with the brakes I came to the dealership and they said I didn't have a warranty. I come to find out after contacting infinity corporate that not only did I have a warranty. I had a premium warranty and they sold me another warranty and didn't even tell me I had a warranty on the car.\n They fixed the brake problem and 2 months after I purchased the extended warranty. They went behind my back and got my money back and though I've gone to the Better Business Bureau Attorney General. And anyone else that would listen, consumer affairs, you know, they refuse to get my money back. They claim I didn't give any money but I have the evidence that shows they got my $1800 back from the warranty company. Now we have to go to court yesterday. They offered me $1900, I said, okay, I'll pick it up today 20 minutes later, call me back and say talk to the lawyer and talk to the manager offer me a $1000. I said, no, that's not acceptable. You stole $1800 plus interest 2 years ago and took me through all this trouble drama because you didn't want to get my money back. You said that didn't give you anything money so I wouldn't deal with this organization, I wouldn't do anything with them, they're not trustworthy.
LIES LIES LIES! Do not buy anything vehicle from here! They will sell you faulty cars. Not call you back when you need anything. Ignore your phone calls and voicemails. They will not refund you for anything including an extended warranty that was suppose to have been canceled months ago. Lied and said that “they are sending a check” in all reality will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off their back. Worst dealership in the state as far as I’m concerned!!!!
All talk and action. Bought a 2021 QX50 2 months ago and was promised the 2nd key. In worked for Infiniti for 20 years, the car was certified by the dealer and, a certified pre owned Infiniti had to come with 2 keys. After a month of being ignored by Michael Hartley, I contacted the sales manager Joe L. And tried to get help from him and was assured he would make it happen. What joke. This bunch is little more than charlatans. I am m in the process of contacting Infiniti and, calling legal. I was getting suspicious and I recorded all the phone calls. Caveat emptor!!!
Michael Hardy was very professional and he went over the top to make buying a pre-owned car a great experience, Amber Davies the finance manager was also very nice and helpful. We love the Tahoe we purchased and can’t thank Michael enough for all his help..
Overall buying process was easy (pre-arranged financing with my bank and went to dealership with a specific car in mind) and I love the car; however, I would strongly recommend reconsidering a purchase if you are not from North Carolina and will need to register the car in another state. When I specifically asked, I was assured that the registration process would be smooth given their use of a third party who specializes in out of state registrations. I followed up with the dealership each week for 7 weeks after buying the car before finally being told that the third party needed additional documentation due to me arranging my own financing. Normally, this would have been only a minor inconvenience; however, it’s now a bigger issue for me because the dealership asserts that they can only issue one 30-day temporary tag, which is furthermore problematic for me because 1) My apartment complex tows cars with expired plates and 2) I will incur additional costs (~$54/day RT) due to having to Uber to and from work each day that I am unable to drive the car because of expired temporary plates. I have had the car for 8 weeks now and am still waiting on my license plates.
Surprisingly a pleasant experience. Nothing like the stereotype of car dealerships. Wasn't treated less than because I'm a women and they were not aggressive.
