Absolutely terrible experience. This dealership sold me a car and failed to complete services that I already paid for, including window tint and detailing. The window tint wasn’t even done — and if i hadn’t reached out after noticing it, they never would have contacted me to make it right. That tells you everything you need to know about their accountability. Even after bringing it back as they said they would fix their mess up, the “detailing” they said was done was a joke. There was literal food and chewed-up gum under the seats. Disgusting. On top of that, there was overspray all over the outside of the car that they sold. Yes it’s a used car, but that is unacceptable. It looked rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional. ON TOP of all this, the check engine light came on once we picked it up from them fixing all of their mess ups. If you’re thinking about buying from here — don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the time, and the headache. There are plenty of dealerships that actually do what they promise and treat customers with respect. This is not one of them.
EXCEPTIONAL service deserves recognition! My experience at Modern Infiniti was truly elevated because of James Williams, who delivered service that was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. From the moment he stepped in, James showed remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care. His communication was clear, his updates were timely, and his customer‑first approach made me feel completely supported throughout the entire process. James didn’t just meet expectations — he set the standard for what exceptional service should look like. Before James took over, Justin scheduled my appointment and checked me in with ease. In his absence, he assured me James would take great care of me — and James absolutely did, seamlessly stepping in without a single hiccup. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I had the pleasure of speaking with Service Manager Deon Johnson, whose warm and professional presence was the perfect finishing touch to an already excellent experience. The entire Modern Infiniti team contributed to a smooth visit, but James Williams was the true highlight — his dedication and service made this experience memorable and genuinely impressive. Thank you, James, and thank you to Justin, Deon, and the rest of the Modern Infiniti staff for taking such excellent care of me and my SUV. You’ve earned a loyal customer.
Sales people are very helpful. I bought the vehicle on the 26th of December and today is the 2nd of January and I still haven't taken delivery. While I appreciate the dealership having everything right on the vehicle prior to delivery it should have been taken care of before it was placed on the lot and on the internet for sale.
Fast,, courteous service. Easy drop off and clean waiting room. Service personnel are polite and responsive.
Great nice people in service and sales. Comfortable lounge and attentive service managers. I'll be a repeat customer.
I enjoyed dealing with the service staff and also talked to sales department about trading cars. My service advisor was very helpful. Can not remember his name and do not have my work order here. His office was on the right side, not Dustin although he has helped me before.
