I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Acura Valencia. I brought my car in for an alarm issue and was charged for labor and a unit replacement based on their diagnosis, only to later be told they were completely disconnecting the very alarm system I originally brought the car in to fix. What made the experience worse was the way I was treated by the service advisor. I was told “we’re not God” and there were insinuations that the issue was somehow because I may have bought a used car, which I found insulting and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability for the incorrect diagnosis and charges, I felt dismissed, talked down to, and bullied. I brought my concerns directly to the manager and explained how uncomfortable and insulted I felt, but nothing meaningful was done to address the situation or the behavior of the service advisor. Customers deserve honest diagnostics, respectful communication, and accountability when mistakes are made. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Great dealership! Matt Randall, our used car salesman, was phenomenal. It was the best dealership experience I've had in over 40 years of car buying. Straightforward, knew the tech, great insight during test drives, not pushy... just asking questions to help get us to a car we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Brian and Gary in Finance were also great. Will recommend this dealer to our friends for sure! Thank you.
Great team, Dee a great sales guy, Acura great car, I drove 100 miles to buy my first Acura and very happy this dealership is who they are. I drove into the Valencia Acura Service department without an appointment to ask for an estimate to repair whatever was wrong with my sun roof on my 2005 RL causing it to be stuck in the open position. The service guy asked if I had a few minutes and I said sure. He came back with a handheld computer gizmo, which he plugged in under my dash, then he did a quick diagnostic test, clicked a couple buttons, and unplugged the device saying "give it a try" - it worked !! Yay !! I asked how much did I owe him and he said "no charge, come back again." That was the best service experience ever!! Highly recommended!!!
I paid $1400 for my 100k mile inspection and service from Valencia Acura and this dealer's service department didn't even tell me I would be needing new tires or rear brakes soon. I found out the hard way when I ran over a screw and got a flat a month later. All four tires were bald and the inner sides were worn way past the warning tread. I wrote a letter to the owner and they offered to replace my tires for me at $210 each! I feel like I have been slapped in the face twice now. So dissapointed!
