“This is my Experience on this dealership Nyle Maxwell Super Center one of a kind read until the end if you appreciate your money time & efforts to earn it” I bought a truck on August 14th. At this dealership Nyle Maxwell Super Center, I must say I am a really nice gentleman myself good principal well educated & usually try to see the good on the people everywhere even if I have a relatively bad experience sometimes I do try to brush it out. But not this time I have to tell it like it is, I had a truly bad experience to the day I regret step in this dealership, as I wrote before I bought a truck RAM 2020 Lonestar with 163,838 miles on it on August 14th. At this dealership Nyle Maxwell Super Center, with barely 851 miles in just 57 days, the truck have a failure on the date of October 9th. 2025, I took it to the dealership because it displayed a check engine light, next thing I called the place and this Lady Samantha Melhado took good care of me very professional very kind the people of this area really treated me well even the Manager responsible of the area and rental I appreciate it much their help God Bless them all, Samantha explained to me the possible causes and the outcome was “Engine problems”, they found shaved metal particles inside the engine & they reportedly told the warranty company about it, & I told them I do really need the truck back since I am losing business as we speak, for God’s Sake I gave a downpayment of $7000 on the truck & now it was broken already, why they sold me a vehicle in those conditions “Why”?. They contemplated initially the possibility of me paying money for the dismantling of the vehicle to find the root of the problem but I spoke with the manager and Samantha and he said that I was right & he would take care of it for a minute I felt relief but when I found out that the might have to replace the whole engine, how much more time I have to waste to have the vehicle back then? And I took the hard decision of acquired another vehicle I tough they would actually offered me to swap it for other vehicle to make it right for the bad experience that I had with the first truck with Mr. Travis this guy is a great man, But this situation didn’t help my experience, the same sales man who sold me the first truck & he offered me a RAM 2019 Lonestar with 99,701. The bad things about this vehicle had a hit on the back rear of the vehicle, dent on the left side chipped windshield two cracks to be precise, vehicle seems to be working in good condition and I got every single warranty they sold me & I still gave a downpayment of $2,000 for this vehicle in order to deflate the monthly payments a little, because for the RAM 2020 I was making payments of $368.58 now with this truck I am making payments of $584.20, they screwed me big time. I was trying of making honest business here and I found out myself with this Horrible experience and on top of that I told the sales man about the condition of the vehicle he was selling me and still joke about it like telling me, well that’s the reason the vehicle is selling in that price and the Finance man joke about “well that’s the reason you have to buy a warranty on the vehicle when I told him about the broken truck situation that I just had, is this a whole Joke or what is this, you think people that the money of us as a consumers grows on trees and just we spend it in places like this for amusement, We Consumers we want good business Good Ethics, that’s how you grow business, now I am stuck with a inferior truck on my expectations & higher payments at least they have the decency of let me collect my stuff from the trashed truck on the parking lot, really upsetting situation I would not recommend this dealership not even to my enemies. Will definitely be filing a report with the BBB for shady and objectionable business tactics.
