Impeccable service , Trey my service advisor kept me informed about my vehicle, and he was very professional
Senior price gouge. Ridiculous. $160 for 6 quart oil change without tire rotation. Normal price here in Northern California at Chevy dealership is $120 with tire rotation. Made the appointment online by VIN with price quote of $120. It was changed by service rep at time of service. Avoid this dealership if you are a Senior.
I arrived at 10:50 for an 11:00 a.m. appointment and waited for 15 minutes in my vehicle to be checked in. The service advisor then came out after another 5 minutes. I conveyed that I was there for an oil change and to check the tire pressure on the rear wheels, as the outside passenger tire was 3 lbs lower than the others. I then went to the waiting room at approximately 11:15. After waiting, without any updates from my service advisor, I went to the service department at 2:45 to ask where my truck was. I was told, "Oh yeah, it's done, but we are waiting on the paperwork." I then asked about the tires, and he said he would check on them. When he came back, he said, "It's in Bay 3, but they have to take the rear wheels off to air them up." What??? I never heard of such a thing. How are dually valve stems not accessible without taking the wheels off?? I told him to forget it and to give me my bill. It then took another 15 minutes to get the bill to pay it. My questions are: 1) Why does it take over 3 hours to change oil and filter in the truck, ESPECIALLY when I had an appointment? 2) Why was I not given updates? 3) Why can't you air up tires without taking the wheels off? 4) Why not list the brand, type, and weight of the oil, and the filter brand/model on the work order? All my receipt says is "Engine Oil" and "Filter". Even the Multipoint Inspection is listed as being done, but there is no detailed information on what was checked or the particulars of each item. In short, I am very disappointed in my service experience at O'Reilly Chevrolet and may only return there if necessary for warranty work. Never again for routine maintenance.
Aaron Antes was very helpful! Great buying experience. We would recommend going to O’Reilly for you next vehicle!
Aaron Antes was very friendly and knowledgeable about the ZR2 model. David gave us a nice tutorial on the features of the truck.
Completely stress free! Overall great experience. Montgomery was so easy to work with, and I will absolutely recommend him, and O’Riley’s.
