Our recent travels to Union Mercedes-Benz was clearly to work with Lenny again. We are repeat customers. We passed two MB showrooms on the way. Lenny has proven to be professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly, honest and approachable. We love him!
The Service experience was excellent. My Service Adviser is Mo A. He and the rest of the staff were very courteous. The service took about 2 weeks due to need for certain parts and a "loaner" was provided for the entire period adding to the convenience of the whole experience. The quality of the service advisor and repair were great.
I had an outstanding experience working with Lenny at Mercedes-Benz, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, communicative, and just genuinely easy to work with. The whole process felt smooth and respectful, which, if you’ve been to a few luxury dealerships, you know isn’t always the case. One thing that really stood out to me is something I personally look for. I have my own “hoodie and sweats test” for customer service. I came in dressed super casual on purpose, and Lenny didn’t judge me for a second. Same level of professionalism, same level of attention from start to finish. That mattered to me, and it showed in how the entire experience played out all the way through closing. On top of that, he really knows his stuff. He walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt good about the decision. It never felt like he was trying to push me into anything. End to end, just a clean, well-run experience. If you want someone who’s sharp, respectful, and easy to work with, Lenny’s your guy. I’d 100% work with him again and will be sending people his way.

My service advisor JAIME is by far the best I have ever worked with!! Besides being a total gentleman and always makes me feel special , he is soo knowledgeable is all aspects of Mercedes service! I was there last week and the computer system had a bad glitch . Jaime not only fixed the problem for me but for other customers with the same issue. He really saved the day calmly and with expertise!! Because of him and Patty I would never go anywhere else for Mercedes service! The level of customer care is totally in another league!
I am a very loyal and happy customer of Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Union. I have been buying cars there since the dealership opened and I have always been treated well and handled like a VIP customer. Not only is the sales process handled well but Jamie in Service has taken great care of me for many years. Couldn't think of going anywhere else!
