I took my Santa Fe in because it needed new headlights and was told they had to be done at the dealership. I also needed an inspection after the headlights were replaced, so I told them to go ahead with that. I was sent a list of a myriad of things wrong with my vehicle or that needed to be fixed sooner rather than later. One was an oil change… funny I had it done 4 days prior somewhere else. They said I needed tires and brakes but I felt as if both were fine as the tires were replaced in the last several years. Lo and behold, I didn’t want to pay $3300 to have their suggestions done so they failed my inspection. I picked the car up, took it to another inspection station and my car passed easily. Shocker. I won’t be doing any further business with this dealership and if I buy another Hyundai in the future, I’ll drive to a different dealership that maybe isn’t as shady with their business practices.
Love the car, the dealer was a mess. Agreed on a $500 trade in for a car I could have sold for more, ended up with only $100 because I was so irritated I dint want to stay long enough to fix it. Kept being rude when I talked about the current offers saying “I needed to qualify” which I did because I have great credit. Still not a fan of the service, but at least Hyundai makes great vehicles and she’s still driving great 7 years later.

Tilita is Awesome!! Unfortunately, one of my friends thought he was doing me a favor by getting some serious work done to my car. He didn't take it to Lee Hyundai to get it done. I know he meant well, but I was on edge. I was going out of town and was very concerned about the work that was done (Not at a hyundai dealer). Tilita squeeze me in on a Saturday to look at my car before I had to go back to Florida. She said that everything look fine according to the tech. It just needed a couple of things done. What a sigh of relief. I thank Tilita for her assistance on getting me in on a holiday weekend. I have also asked my friend to never have anything done to my car without the hyundai being involved going forward.
My son and I recently purchased an Elantra from Lee. Worked with PJ and Sebastian. Many promises were made that ultimately did not come to fruition. We were told that the price of the vehicle would one number but ultimately the price was higher than promised. Another example, after running credit reports we were told what the interest rate would be but when the final deal was proposed the rate was higher. In addition, we were told that the negotiated price included ceramic seal coating but the final deal included an additional $500 for the coating. We dropped off car to get the coating applied which was supposed to to take a day to get done but the coating was done in 2 hours-Not even sure if the service was actually completed. I would have walked from the deal but my son loved the car. Proceed with caution and expect the unexpected....not in a good way.
Sell cars that don't last huyndai is trash always will be stay away from here
