I recently had my truck serviced at Barbour-Hendrick Honda Greenville, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the customer service and transparency of the service repair. The service manager, Mrs. Ashley, was on point! She answered all my questions, provided a cost breakdown, and had my vehicle ready within hours of dropping it off. Her team sent me a video of the inspection, and kept it simple so that I could process everything they were talking about. I will be going back without hesitation. Thank you service department.

Received a complimentary birthday car wash. Took it in just for that Expected just a run thru the car wash. Instead got a total detail wash and clean inside and out. Car looks brand new John Sutton was the service advisor but the folks in the back did an awesome job
I did have a good experience dealing with J.R. in service but ive been unhappy with the quality of work, and will be driving a little farther to have my car serviced for now on. First they changed my cabin air filter which is behind the glove box, and the glovebox didnt latch properly after that service and ive taken it back in after that for oul change and asked that service employee to have them fix the glove box and it didnt get done. I then took it in and spent 1500 dollars on tires and alignment and the very next day my tire pressure sensors were reading low tire pressure and they forgot to replace the tire valve caps. Sloppy job on replacing the tires
