What Others Say

This is one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. What a bunch of creeps!

Went in with little credit history. Got approved for $500 down and an awesome monthly payment and term that I couldn't refuse. No other dealer could help me how they were able to. Happy with my experience.

I Bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu LS and almost Immediately the MyLink started acting up, they bought in their radio person who refused to touch it, said to take it to the dealer, i took the car to Bryner Chevy in Jenkintown, they said the radio needs to be updated, they did update the radio and best in town did cover the $125.00 fee, I drove the car to work and it started acting crazy again... I called and spoke with Kevin and he said that he was going to call the dealer and see what steps to take... it never happened and I never received a call back, Ive left SEVERAL messages for someone to call me back... Maybe the Atty General complaint i submitted will light a fire under them...

Hands down, the Worst Buy In Town. That should be the slogan for this dump. The owner is a failure in consumer relations 101, therefore, his employees are incapable of handling customer resolution conflict in a honest and professional manner. Hands down, the worst business transaction I ever had in my life. Brought a vehicle at 12pm, check engine light was on by 4pm the same day. Car returned for service the next day. Car needed to be towed later that evening after getting serviced. Absolute nightmare in what should be a joyous experience for a hard working person purchasing a new vehicle. There is a character limit for these reviews , so I can't post my entire story. Take my word for it, these folks are the worst. Don't get caught up in the fake reviews you'll read online about them. A broken clock is right twice per day, so take that for what's it worth. They have poor ratings with the Better Business Bureau as well so believe the negativity you'll read about them. Ten thumbs down would be my rating for them. Find yourself a honest, trustworthy and reputable used car dealer that sells certified vehicles or vehicles with good warranties before you spend $10,000,-15,000 on a lemon like they tried to stick me with at this disgrace of a dealership. Even the loaner vehicle they gave me had a steady check engine light on it. Like who does that? Zero star rating. This review forced me to select one star to post it.

I went to this place because my fiancé purchased a car from them a few years ago and didn't have any problems. This is my first time buying a car and my first big purchase. I went to the lot and talked with Kevin. He seemed very nice. I looked around the lot and finally settled on a car. The first clue that I should have told me something was wrong, is that they handed me a broken key and told me to come back later and have it fixed. It was a sign. I took the car home happy with my car. and after having it for 2 weeks, it BROKE DOWN!! I was driving and the low oil warning came on. I was going to get oil. I never made it. The car starting to make noise and shake. it DIED in the middle street, a street with no place to pull over. I called someone to have oil put in it. They put the oil in and it RAN OUT of the car. the person said , its probably your ENGINE. I took the car to the shop, Kevin apologized and said he didn't know why this had happened. and that my warranty would cover it. The ENGINE had to be REPLACED after 2 weeks. The dealer/mechanic kept it for 2 weeks and I got the car back this past Friday and was told the car was ok. I told the man, I didn't like how it felt while I was there. He told me to drive it, then call him back. I told him I was going to take it to a mechanic. He said no problem. TODAY is Monday, this morning the check engine light came on the car is back at the dealer. Im going to fight to get my money back. The dealer has had the car longer than me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. ONe last thing, you would think that the owner would come and personally apologize , I haven't seen or heard from him AT ALL. Shows his investment
