What Others Say

⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased two new BMW vehicles from Fields BMW Winter Park on December 31, 2024: a BMW X6 and a BMW X7. I also purchased all of the additional protection packages offered, including tire and wheel protection, paint protection, and maintenance plans, expecting a premium ownership experience consistent with the BMW brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. The most serious issue involves my BMW X7. The rear tires continuously lose air pressure and require frequent inflation. This is not a cosmetic issue—it is a safety issue. Driving a vehicle that repeatedly loses tire pressure creates unnecessary risk for the driver, passengers, and everyone else on the road. I brought the vehicle back to Fields BMW Winter Park multiple times for the exact same problem. Despite numerous repair attempts, the issue remains unresolved. The vehicle continues to display low tire pressure warnings, and I am still forced to regularly inflate the tires myself. What made the situation even worse was a recent service visit. I brought the X7 in for maintenance and specifically reported the tire issue again. When the vehicle was returned to me, not only had the tire problem not been fixed, but the car came back with a check engine light illuminated. In other words, the vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when it arrived. After escalating the matter to BMW North America, the dealership picked up the vehicle and provided a loaner. The check engine light was eventually corrected, but the original tire problem was not. Within days, the tires were losing pressure again and the warnings returned. The most disappointing part of this experience has not been the defect itself. Mechanical issues can happen with any manufacturer. The real disappointment has been the inability—or unwillingness—to permanently diagnose and resolve a recurring safety-related issue despite multiple opportunities to do so. As a result of this experience, I have already replaced my BMW X6 with a Mercedes-Benz GLE and am seriously considering doing the same with my BMW X7. I expected much more from both BMW and Fields BMW Winter Park. A premium vehicle should come with premium service, especially when customer safety is involved. I hope BMW takes situations like this seriously and improves the way recurring safety concerns are handled before other customers experience the same frustration.

They Denied warranty cover on my 2025 BMW X6 abs module saying that there was liquid in my vehicles cup holder, therefore they know that the module got wet because the so spoken module is placed right under the cup holder. Who put the abs module under the cup holder in the first place? Was it me? After being mistreated on the phone by a manager for not accepting their excuses I was forced to get my vehicle out or pay the ridiculous amount of $2700. Will now have to contact consumer’s department of Florida to help with issue.

My experience was amazing. Julio took me back and showed me the inspection on the car. He suggested I needed tires and my others were seven years old. The mechanic found out that my vibration was two rims my I had just bought it two days before Julia offered me a ride home and a ride back to pick up my car. He’s definitely knowledgeable, friendly helpful, courteous the mechanic seem to be super sent me a video of the car rack. Inspecting it the nicest experience. I’ve had any dealership.

The service was great and the General Manteas great too and was very happy service in

Caroline was wonderful to work with! She really took care of both of our cars at BMW. She was friendly, kind, and kept us informed about the status of our maintenance. We will be requesting for Caroline for any future visits. Thank you!

My BMW M50i was taken to the Fields BMW Winter Park Collision Center after a minor accident (no airbags). I received an email from them that the car should be ready in 3 weeks. (I know that could change, so I was expecting possibly a little longer.) Well, 3 MONTHS go by and I don’t hear a peep from them. So, I sent them an email, they responded with, “we left you a voicemail a week ago that your car is ready.” I said you’ve only sent me emails in the past, so that was odd to just leave a voicemail and not email or check in with me… after all, it has been THREE MONTHS. You’ve had my car for 3 months without the courtesy of letting us know it will take longer but then let it sit for another week! So, we let them know we’re coming to pick up the car and find that they did not wash it. After having the car for 3 months to get it back dirty was incredible. (It gets worse) We take the car on a trip a few days later and find that it’s pulling to the right pretty bad. So, we took it to the closest BMW dealer to find that the car was in such bad condition that it should have never left Fields BMW and released to the customer to drive. The video they sent me shows cables/wires coming out of the tire. This was incredibly dangerous and extremely careless!! This is the rear tire of the side of the accident which they had changed the front due to the accident. Also, the oil change was due, and a service check was past due… this car was at a BMW dealership for the past THREE MONTHS!! I immediately contacted the adjuster, Brandon Thomas, at the BMW collision center, and he said (with no concern in his voice) we don’t do any type of inspections before releasing cars and that he was surprised nobody tried to upsell me a tire from Fields BMW. He mentioned that Justin Hudson, from service, should have tried to sell me service. This kind of carelessness should not be tolerated by anyone. You would think taking a $125k BMW to a BMW dealer for repairs would make you feel secure. Well, this was quite the opposite. You guys allowed my wife to drive a car in a seriously dangerous condition; you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! I can’t even put into words my disappointment with Fields BMW and their collision center. I have already contacted BMW USA and filed a formal complaint. Furthermore, my car has now been at a local BMW dealer for 2 days now to fix the issues. Mind you, this is after the car has been a Fields BMW for 3 months.
