The courtesy of the management was excellent but the mechanic didn't finish the job I still have no inside lights

I had such a positive experience with this service team from beginning to end. Ty, Assistant Service Manager, welcomed me and made me feel comfortable through the process. He introduced me to Carlo, my technician who I truly can’t say enough good things about! His communication was consistent the entire time, and I never felt left wondering what was going on with my vehicle. THANK YOU, CARLO! I also worked with Kitty, Assistant Service Manager, who was incredibly kind and patient. No pressure, no confusion, just clear communication, transparency, and support the whole way through. Such a great team!! I’ll only work with them moving forward.

Excellent experience with Jordan at the dealership. He sent a walk around video describing the details of the vehicle. We arrived for our appointment and we were greeted immediately. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the car experience exceptional and easy. Ian the desk manager was professional and friendly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and loved our dog.I forgot the garage door opener, and called the dealership, and Jordan had it ready when I pulled up. The business officer manager was friendly, professional, and efficient. Awesome experience and would definitely recommend this dealership!
