Honda car shopping visited 6 locations in San Diego area. DCH Mission Valley was by far the worst. Cocky, would not show us the car we wanted to look at, dismissed us. Purchase new car following day at other location. Will never shop DCH get. They were jerks

BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership as part of a trade-in transaction. At the time of purchase, I was provided with a clean Carfax report, which played a major role in my decision. Approximately three months later, I received a notification directly from Carfax stating that the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident — information that was not disclosed at the time of sale. I traded in a well-maintained vehicle with a clean Carfax and reasonably expected the same level of transparency in return. When I contacted the salesperson, the matter was escalated to a manager, who stated that nothing could be done. This experience reflects a serious lack of accountability and transparency. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I strongly advise future buyers to independently verify the Carfax and vehicle history before purchasing, rather than relying solely on what is provided by the dealership.

I have been a loyal customer to DCH Honda because of Anthony's professionalism and friendliness each time I take my car for service. I had a very old Honda that recently gave out (2025), but it lasted many years due to the service received at DCH Honda, which Anthony facilitated every time. Once the car did retire (unexpectedly), Anthony made the transition and logistics of managing this stressful time much easier. He is always flexible and willing to help, and his calm demeanor make him a pleasure to work with. He explains well and helps one understand service recommendations verses immediate needs. Anthony is key in my recommendation for DCH Honda of Mission Valley.

Ryan was excellent and patient, answered all my questions and stayed after hours to accommodate my timing after I needed extra time to think through the pros and cons associated with leasing and purchasing. He was thorough and not "pushy" at all.
