Hi, my name is Gary. The dealer has given me the runaround for five months for service contract that the lending department said to get so I can get a lower interest rate. They also told me if I canceled within a month I would be refunded $2518. Now it’s been five months having a manager. Tell me that a check was in their possession and after changing from the original lender to a new lender, the money seems to have disappeared. I think the only thing to do is call Attorney General’s office and see a lawyer.

Terrific sales, I bought my car there. I am over a 100 miles away, they were great. They followed through with everything they promised. Since then, my service husband superb, my second oil change. I dealt with a young man. Named Kevin, he was terrific in and out. Perfect job, a terrific dealership, I sing its praises, and I refer people all the time. It's worth the trip

they only care about selling you car and for that they will make all fake promises. as soon as you leave the facility with your new car, they dont give a xxxx about you or promises they made. no responses, no follow ups, no acknowledgements to emails/calls. will not recommend to anyone. i used other dealerships in the past, so far found this dealership the worst of all. will not recommend this dealership to anyone. lazy useless and incompetent people works here including general manager.

My Daughter bought a used 2022 Honda HVR from Ciocca. Before leaving the dealer lot we noticed a small chip in the windshield. We reported to the manager who looked at and told us that Ciocca will take care of the chip. He also gave us in writing a promise to take care of the chip. That was April 5th and they still have not kept their word. They have only responded to a review on their web site and two phone calls out of dozens. Their standard response is a manager will get back to you. It's May 13th the chip is still in the windshield. This was my Daughters first car purchase and this is the lasting impression of customer service she will have. We are just asking for a simple repair, I hope this is not handle all their warranties.

Just had a not so nice call with a woman named IVORY who works in the service department. I explained to her that I have an appt already on the books, but my car will not start so I would need to have it towed to the dealership today. Things were going well up until the point where she asked me for my name. I gave her my name and asked for hers as well. She stated that her name was Ivory but refused to give her last name. I did make a comment that it seemed evasive to not want to give her last name but I was fine with it. This UNHINGED woman proceeded to yell at me that she doesn't give her last name because her son was murdered 2 years ago. I then yelled right back at her that I didn't kill her son. She then hung up on me. I called back and reported her to her manager Lisa. I reported her because I think she may need to seek counseling. If asking her for her last name is triggering a traumatic experience, then maybe she should not be answering phones. I do not want this woman to lose her job or anything like that, but maybe a change in duties might be helpful. Briana Blackshear

We had the opportunity to lease a Kia Telluride from Yasir and Frank. We had an amazing experience and will absolutely be back for many vehicles in the future. We have never experienced this level of customer service, it was outstanding! They went above and beyond and I could not recommend Frank and Yasir more.
