Extremely bad service department, uneducated mechanics. Compulsive liars. Crooks with no empathy. Had to walk home 12 miles. Told truck was ready and couldn't even drive my truck home after paying over 2500 dallors.
Had a problem with the service department we paid for extra warranty to repair dings on the windshield when we took our vehicle for a windshield repair of a ding they failed to follow through because of there negligence the ding spread and now the whole windshield needs to be replaced and of course they are not honoring their part or covering the cost it's coming out of my pocket. they don't return calls, very bad communication. Unsatisfied with service dept
To anybody buying a used car from here, there is a mandatory $1600 “delux package” that they skim over you on TOP of the price they’re asking for. So what they do is they bring the cars down to around 1500-1800 dollars market value so that car gurus markets the car as a “Great Buy”. However, once you step into the dealership, they add on “‘mandatory” add ons that bring back the value to fair value. 60 used cars a month = 1.4 Millions dollars on window tint and clear coat. Which, I thought that they came pre installed, window tint. Anyways just be careful, they will also say that they are giving you this much for your trade in but once you go into financing, if you’re looking at the numbers you can clearly see it’s not the case. They wanna bambuzel you on your trade in and then they wanna add on surprise mandatory add ons. I negotiated the price down to $800 for the delux package but I found out that this mini van already had window tint and they said they put ceramic coating but the car wasn’t detailed so the ceramic coating is gonna fall off within couple of months. I only got it because I really wanted a mini van already.
Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Brought truck (bought here) in for a recall issue. They could not get the updates to run. I get that they have minimal experience with EVs, but they had it for a full WEEK, and got ZERO accomplished. Had to pick it up (need my truck for work) and take it back to them again to finally get the updates done ("waiting on a part"). When I picked it up, the cruise control didn't work (it did before they worked on it,) which I pointed out as soon as I picked up the truck from service department. Brought it back in to address that issue--they had it for four days and couldn't fix anything. Again, I know there's a learning curve on EVs, but this is the future, guys! The worst part is that Eloy NEVER called me with updates, despite saying he would. Days would go by, I'd have to call and sit on hold while someone else ferried messages between us. Always some promise that he'd call with an update (he didn't), that the part was coming in that evening (then definitely "by tomorrow morning"), that the mechanic was communicating with someone at Ford (via EMAIL, so no wonder it took so long). After four more days of this I just picked up the truck to take it somewhere else.
Wait two weeks for warranty work to be done. It didn't take that long to build the car. The service advisor Ben foster should go the way of Joe Biden he has zero interest in doing anything except drinking coffee.
