Did necessary work in a timely manner. Very courteous service writer or manager. Very informative about my situation.
Dealership is very professional definitely cares about the customers had an issue with my vehicle and they took care of it right away and provided a loaner vehicle. Service department is outstanding.

I have a Malibu ECO, no one addressed the ECO battery or anything that dealt with it, I even gave them a paper that said Malibu Eco. Wasn't able to see what the invoice said until I got home. They other thing that I did't appreciate was they stuck the change date sticker on my windshield, not good, don't like things stuck on my car, very hard to remove. Otherwise the service and people did their job. It also took 2 weeks to get in for an oil change and an hour for the service. Much longer than where I bought the car from. I have no idea who helped me, not much communication.
