What Others Say

I have always been impressed by Clay Subaru. I bought my legacy there in the midst of Covid when few cars were available, but I have been happy with a car and with their willingness to help me out with relatively minor things. However, last Friday afternoon, my car just gave out, and I reached out to them and thought that the problem, according to another mechanic and people from Clay was a coolant control valve, which had broken. I had no idea what that meant and why would happen with a 60,000 mile car. In any event, I took it in and they looked at it immediately, then told me that the work was covered by an extended warranty, issued by the company because they had had problems with this part before. The work and the part were valued at over $700. It was going to cost me nothing to have it done there. Moore, amazingly, they said that they would work on it on Saturday, the next day and by 1 o’clock, I was able to pick the car up. Additionally, they gave me a ride home on Friday afternoon at their expense. I have been very impressed by their honesty and constant application to resolve my major problem. They were courteous at all times and, as stated, resolved the problem far more quickly than I would’ve expected. I give this dealership high grades. The service representative,Griselle, was unfailingly, polite, helpful, and accommodating. She went out of her way to assist me. I urge the dealership to continue the excellent work, and I will definitely look to Subaru and particularly Clay Subaru for my next car.

I bought my 2020 Outback from Clay in Norwood and was happy with how it went. All my service experiences there have been five stars. They have been transparent with service, efficient and flexible in repairs, and have gone an extra mile accommodating my schedule. I don’t typically use dealerships for general maintenance or repairs, but the level of service at Clay Norwood has kept me coming back for the appropriate work.

Very friendly employees and honest service provided. They didn’t try to oversell me on anything and my oil change came with a complimentary car wash, which was a nice surprise!

I have been coming to Clay Subaru for many years now. I have always been met with knowledgeable, respectful employees. This time it was no different. Katie let me know exactly what was to be done on my car. Thank you!!

Clay provided an upfront disclosure of pricing on the vehicle which made my decision comfortable. Mike Tramontano was superb. He has a delightful professional carisma and is an asset to Clay. Mike took the time to explain many of the car safety features upon my arrival before a decision had been made as to my car of choice. He was very reassuring explaining all the features of the car. I would highly recommend him as a superior and knowledgeable salesman. Can’t thank Mike You enough for making a this a comfortable experience for me. Go Mike T. !!!

Abigail Cummings helped me from the second I drove in till the minute I left and kept me updated the whole time letting me know what my car needed to be fixed or any recalls I had and how long it would take to fix each item along with completely setting up my loaner car and had me ready to go in no time at all. It really did make the whole experience that much easier
