Please don’t go there for an oil change they tell you one thing on the phone my car had dirty oil on the hood and door ..And the they got mad at me because I complained..Never will I go there for anything poor customer service from management totally sucks

I opdered a Cadillac Escalade from Schepel a year ago. When the vehicle came in they sold it to someone else, but told me "the factory cancelled the order", then when the second vehicle arrived they sold it out from under me again while my financing was getting approved. I called Ryan the day before and told him the credit union would have the funds the next day. Ryan Van Prooyen salt it any way. Ryan Van Prooyen and Schepel Cadillac are completely unethical.

I love the welcome from my salesman Mr. Paul Certa. His patience & encouragement was so positive and his smiled radiant. We tried various cars with his patience! Mr. Certa and Mr. Steve from finance worked my entire package to my budget which was awesome! They arranged for me to get home with both my cars! I tried other dealerships like Lexus and others and I was not comfortable nor were they willing to stay in my budget.
