BOUGHT A 325XI THAT I WAS TOLD WAS A CLEAR TITLE CAR, BRANDED TITLE, SALES WOULD NOT ANSWER CALLS, GOT SCREWED, COST ME THOUSANDS!!!!!! SOLD THE CAR FOR FIFTY CENTS ON THE DOLLAR, DEALERSHIPS IN MY AREA WOULD NOT TAKE IT AS A TRADE IN THIS DEALERSHIP IS CRIMINAL

This car felt to good to be true from the beginning, unfortunately the feeling was right on! Purchased a 2005 Acura RL on 3/9/2015 from Dan Cohen. He & Tim, the owner, said it could take up to 60 days to receive the title. We went home, called insurance company next morning & they couldn't find the VIN#, the paperwork we were given was incorrect. Left message at Luxe to please call so we could get this straightened out, a week later, no call, my husband stopped by their shop & they were GONE! Empty!! No forwarding information. With alot of research & contacts we were able to find our title with the floor company they use. The dealer is to pay the floor company within 48hrs of a sale & then they receive the title, not up to 60 days as we were told. The floor company has not received payment, of course. We have filed a claim with them, with the bond & insurance company, as well as Oregon DMV investigation unit. We have also been in contact with every news station in town as well as other people they screwed!! Some of the people they recently ripped off bought consignment vehicles that were not paid for, both sides lose. They will be punished for this one way or another!! KARMA!!!

Great no-pressure experience with total accommodation from the team of Luxe AutoHaus. Enjoyed looking for a car, testing it and driving around Portland, learned about fine dining while there. Luxe Autohaus made our car shopping memorable and pleasant to recall. Unexpected benefit - a great knowledge of healthy exotic food by Tim helped us to relax in a fine restaurant after test driving our new used car. The car is great and so as Luxe Autohaus!

I am a "details" guy. I like to compare vehicles and options and engines, etc. I was treated so respectfully by Jake and Josh (I worked mainly with Jake). Jake answered question after question for me, as one car guy to another. I felt like I have a friend in the auto business--now that's impressive. Jake was totally upfront with me, I could tell (being a details kind of guy). Jake wants his clients to be totally satisfied as his #1 priority. Way cool! I love their showroom--the cars are INDOORS. Impressive since I'd want them pampering my future car. Their showroom has a pretty great collection of nice cars. In summary, absolutely NO PRESSURE, nice showroom and selection, and Jake is very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me find the car I will be thrilled in long term.

You WON'T find a better car buying experience, PERIOD. Go anywhere else to buy your next vehicle and you're a fool, PERIOD. psnow

i saw 96 red corvette on cars.com , i was fortunate enough to purchase this car from Luxe Autohaus. between tim jake and josh i think u couldnt find more honest, caring and down right Great Guys. notice i didnt say salesman. they all went overboard to make me feel confortable buying a car from Luxe. absolutely NO PRESSURE transaction. living in Indianapolis Indiana and buying a car sight unseen, except for 20 Great Photos, is a Testament To The Faith I Have in Luxe. Everything went smooth and i cant say enough good things about these guys.im 65 yrs old and they made my dream of buying a Beautiful 96 Red Corvette a Reality !! I Hope To Get To Portland Some Day And Thank Them in Person..GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
