THEY LIED BY TELLING ME I COULDN'T GET IT INSPECTED BY ANOTHER SHOP AND THEN SOLD ME (A RECENT DOMESTIC ABUSE SURVIROR) A LEMON AND AFTER $2300 IN REPAIRS, IT’S STILL BROKEN DOWN NEEDING A REPLACEMENT ENGINE!! THE TIMING SET WAS ALSO MESSED WITH BY A NON-MECHANIC AND CHEAP PARTS!!!!! NOT TO MENTION A HUGE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST GM ON THIS EXACT ENGINE!!!! HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE ME!!!! NOW I'M WORSE OFF STUCK WITH A $7000 GOOD FAITH AUTO LOAN, BROKEN DOWN VEHICLE I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE SINCE BUYING IT AND NO WAY TO GET BACK TO MY CHILDREN!!!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Belton Auto Credit. Ron (who is sadly retired) was beyond amazing with our first vehicle. Never felt pressured in to buying and always friendly and helpful. Jim has been great with our second vehicle, again friendly and helpful. Never had problems with either vehicle that was not easily and quickly taken care of. Jason and Sean (mechanics) go above and beyond in helping with repairs or just simple questions i may have regarding either vehicle, one of which is already paid off. I have recommended BAC and will continue to do so.

I have purchased 7 cars from Belton Auto Credit and can honestly say that I cant trust any other car dealer in the Kansas City area. Changes have been made there. Eric is no longer employed at BAC. Rocky is a very pleasant salesman and a mechanic too. Jim is the owner and has been more relaxed as in the past. I am very satisfied with BAC.

As of this week, I have now purchased my 5th vehicle from BAC in the last 10 years. The staff is great to work with and make you feel completely comfortable when checking out new vehicles. The payment plans are very flexible. I have never had a problem with any of the vehicles we have purchased and would recommend BAC to anyone looking to purchase a new-to-them vehicle. Anytime we are looking to get something new, we never hesitate to make our purchase from BAC. Oh, I purchase from BAC - not because of a credit issue, but because I want to support a locally owned business that lets me walk in on my lunch hour and buy a new vehicle without any hassle.
