What Others Say

My wife called Driver’s Village Jeep in Cicero, NY, and spoke with a man named Kyle in the service department. He told her the next available appointment was November 6. When she explained the car was unsafe and asked about towing or a loaner, he was rude, unhelpful, and hung up on her, telling her to “go somewhere else.”

Mike Ashby and Lance Mann were extraordinary in helping get us our new Jeep Wagoneer S. They made the process easy and painless. If I could give them more than 5 stars I 100% would.

Well where to start... We purchased a 2024 dodge durango just over a month ago. I noticed left muffler wasn't aligned correctly and made appointment to have it fixed. 2 weeks later was told by service that there is blood on the pipe and impact damage, and it would cost 3000! I inspected this and found there was no blood or damage to piping. There was grease splatter in pipe NOT blood! No one has provided pictures prior to sale from their website to prove the muffler was bent... This issue was missing when car went through PDI process before delivery! We received no help whatsoever from Mike Ashby (general sales manager) or Matt bell (service manager). Maike actually stormed out of office and said he has better things to deal with! This is a manager.... I will be filing BBB complaint and calling Chrysler on this terrible experience. What they have accused us of is illegal and unethical! Stay away from this dealership O AND I KID YOU NOT, WHEN I TOLD JUSTIN ITS GREASE ON PIPE HE SAID " WELL IF THERE WAS GREASE IN THE ANIMAL THERE WOULD BE GREASE ON THE PIPE"!! i have been in the repair industry for over 25 years and NEVER EVER heard of anything like this!! BBB complaint has been filed along with Chrysler complaint as this is unacceptable!

A horrible experience that has made me doubt the honesty of everyone. 6 hours from home our RV failed to start and the emergency brake stuck. After many hours we got a tow to this dealer. It was a Sunday and due to a medical appointment we left it and communicated via phone. It needed a battery and the brake issue was user error. They claimed to have run diagnostics to make sure all was in order... $360. This was after telling us initially that the diagnostic fee would be $180, and after another call it would be 1.5, i.e. $270. They put in a battery. They said it cost $675,. We are in our 70's, questioned the cost but noooo, that is the price. We have asked at other dealers and shops. $675 is absurd. They also charged $80 for installing the battery. A total bill of $1,193.70 We feel abused by this group.. Never take your vehicle to this place. Obviously, when they have you over a barrel, advantage is taken.

Dustin in sales is a real customer person he really cares and gives 200%. I will recommend him to anyone that wants a new or used car..Justin in service is the other reason that I am a repeat buyer. The service is fantastic.

Katie was GREAT! We had a wonderful experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
