What Others Say

Horrible experience with Huntington Jeep and Hyundai service department, and this is not the first time they do a lousy job on my fleet repairs. I took my Jeep Liberty CRD for a recall that was still open, they order the parts for a torque converter and hitch reinforcement. Once they replaced the torque converter, they said that they couldn’t flash or reprogram the tcm because the software doesn’t exist anymore or they couldn’t get it from Jeep or some kind of xx like that, and that the jeep was in limp mode and it doesn’t drive over 30 mph now. My jeep has only 60,000 miles, maintenance always as recommended and it was running perfect, absolute no issues, no engine light on, no codes, nothing. Now they blame each other between the advisors, Techs and service manager for the issue not resolved, the first service advisor Nisa said that they found out after the converter was replaced that it wasn’t necessary to change the it ( but they did it) and it was just needed to reprogram it only. ???? The second advisor said that I may need a valve body, selenoids and a bunch of lies just to justify their misdiagnosis and lack of knowledge for this procedure, total xx. Huntington jeep service department is just good to replace unnecessary parts till they fix a problem by elimination or just to cover their loss with the customer’s money. It seems that they always try to throw a gum at the wall till sticks. I am a car guy and an educated self thought mechanic about parts and repairs, not a 90 years old lady that they try to sell her blinker fluid. While I was with the service advisor Nisa, she called the service manager John Byers and the call was on speaker, he angrily said that my “Jeep is a rust bucket and it should be in the ocean”, how he is going to fix my Jeep with that attitude, rudeness and lack of respect for my property?, Nisa told me that he was at the dealer next block and I should go go there to talk to him, when I arrived in less than 5 minutes he hide and avoided seeing me, Nestor told me he was going to call me but he didn’t, he is a coward and he didn’t care about my issue with that lack of empathy towards a loyal customer like me and my family that bought and service many many cars from them. I bought and serviced many Rams, jeeps and Hyundais from this dealer and I was planning to buy a brand new Genesis G70 from Bob Awn, but with this bad nightmare and others recently, probably I will NOT, with this lack of respect, lack of knowledge on repairs or effort to bend backwards to make the customer happy and solve my car issue, not a chance anymore. My jeep is at their parking lot, not fixed, sitting there like a piece of garbage because I was told numerous times by them that it is 20 years old and some rust underneath, I guess their white glove techs only work on non rusted cars ? A happy customer tells the experience to 1 person, but an unhappy one tells it to a dozen people. Stay away from this Huntington Jeep and Hyundai dealer, or they will blame you and make you pay for their failures 👈 Don’t say later I didn’t warn you. Sergio Gallardo

The only place I go for our jeeps. Kevin is the only salesman that we work with for four jeeps now. Always fast and perfect. Such a pleasure to deal with. Ask for Kevin!

The salesman, Rich Milano was very informative and personable. He took me through all the steps needed to buying my new Ram. Sar with me and my friend in the truck and patiently answered all of our questions. Rich also has a great sense of humor. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a Dodge.

Kevin and everyone I dealt with in sales were all professional and attentive to all of my concerns thanks guys

Dexter Salmond, my salesman, plus the other employees were a pleasure to deal with. A great experience

I worked with Rich and Josh multiple times and it was an absolute pleasure. If I know someone is looking to get a jeep/dodge/ram, I always recommend Huntington Jeep.
