This is my third Hummer H2 and I could not be happier with Doug's service and professionalism. Doug has a thorough approach and works his hardest to make sure everyone is completely satisfied with the vehicle, price and process. I would send a friend or family member to him without hesitation. We will go see him for our next car too. In addition, I would like to thank the service personnel who detailed our H2 and made it shine inside, outside and even underneath. By far the most enjoyable experience both purchasing and servicing my new Hummer H3 is from Cadillac, Saab, and Hummer of Norwood, Ma. Over the past 37 years of buying cars for both myself and family, I had never thought that I'd find a dealer with more respect and courteousness that this dealer has given to me. I am one that hates the thoughts of dealing with a dealership because of the false feelings that I get from most. No let's make that all. This is trully not the case with Cadillac of Norwood. I can truthfully say that everyone that I've come in contact with from the salesperson, the finance personal, service, the cashiers and even the occasional times that I had to get a ride from their Courteous vehicle driver,everyone has been a pleasure to meet and deal with on a professional basis. Wow, what a great dealership. My experience from start to finish was top notch!! You cannot get a better salesman than Doug.
