Gary Spencer is the man who coordinated two service visits for me recently. I've had my BMWs serviced at this dealership for almost 25 years. During that period I've had several professional and helpful staff members. Gary was one of the best, perhaps THE best, service coordinator in all that time. He went out of his way to make sure every problem was taken care of. I could not be more pleased.

Unprofessional I would never recommend them. Please take your vehicle somewhere else. What I gave permission to be done was never done and I was billed for a service I never authorized.

Malik was super helpful. Vey professional and knowledgeable. Anton in finance was also great. Whole process was very easy.
