BUYER BEWARE, We purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 from dealership with an extended warranty. Per GM, dealerships offer the extended warranty through a third party and send the information to GM. We were given (2) different 3rd party names from GM. Neither has anything on our VIN. Per GM they have never received an extended warranty on our VIN. We have contacted the dealership 10+ times and they are either unresponsive or antagonistic. In our opinion they swindled us out of over $1400 .

I’m trying call tha Financial Manager but never calls me backs. Service is not good

Salesman was great... sales manager Derrick was absurd. He set the tone right out of the gates. Was trying to buy a 2018 Denali. They had one listed Sunday but it wasn’t on the lot. Internet said “VERY CLEAN”. I took work off today to buy... it shows up about 11am.. filthy, rust everywhere, rims all scratched...this was a 2017 Denali btw....so I went to buy the 18’... I mentioned I want to bring my business local but his price was a little high. I asked if we could get online and do some comparatives so we could find a common ground. He said no and asked why I was at the dealership if I have a better offer somewhere else. I mentioned again I want to buy local. He would not even take the time to work a deal. I don’t mind them making some money, I don’t care if they make a few thousand. But to just blatantly tell me pretty much to leave was unbelievable. Yes, this is accurate info. Much more detail if you want. And yes, word does travel fast and I will never refer another person to your dealership. Wow... just wow.... just responded to your message below with an automated “billion motors cannot take your call”. My salesman was Nate Thompson. Sales manager Derick Robinson.

I took my Buick in for a check engine light. It was diagnosed as a leaky camshaft cover gasket. They repaired that under powertrain warranty. The next night, new check engine lights appeared. These were for a misfire. Service wanted to replace the coil for just shy of $300. I said I would replace the coil myself. After removing the two bolts, the coil came out in two parts. It is clear to tell that the tear in the #2 boot and the complete separation of the #1 boot occurred when the mechanic removed the coil to replace the camshaft cover. Additionally, the coil connector lock was broken. Aaron flatly told me that I broke it when I was "wrenching" on my car. He told me he could not do anything as he pointed to his name on the sign above him and said "it does not say manager." He was very blunt and rude. I told him that he had made up my mind for me. When this lease ends in a few months, I will not be returning to Billion for my next car.

You need to have good credit to get one of these cars and you will have decent credit, and a good part job to get in one of there cars.

I use this dealer for oil changes as I've always did since 2005. About 99 percent of the time I'm in and out in under 20 min unless they do a vehicle inspection which they do at times for free when slow or if you have a flyer you may have received via mail.
