What Others Say

The dealership misrepresented the fact concerning the condition of the vehicle. I was assured that there was no damage to the vehicle, however, when the car arrived, there was obvious damage to the left front fender. The pre-delivery pictures show that it was there at pick up. When I tried to bring this matter up to the sales manager, I was told that there was nothing they could do. The car was off their dealership. They refused to even attempt to make it right. They lied, knew that they lied, shipped the vehicle under false pretenses and the refused any attempt to make things right by the customer. I had a feeling that delivery would shed light on the shady dealings conducted at this dealership. Once they get your money, you mean nothing to them. Stay away! BMW should be ashamed of the practices of this place.

Worst car buying experience ever! If I could give lees than 1 start this company has earned it! First my salesman and I agreed on a selling price for a used 2025 Alpina XB7. We virtually shook hands (online purchase) however, when I got to the F &I office to finalize the deal, somehow it had changed to $1,000.00 more. I think that's termed Bait-and-Switch. When I notified my salesman of the change, he tried to explain what the difference was and offered me a refund to make it right! Should have walked away right then. Next, I had spotty communication replies from my salesman as he goes on vacation. Everybody deserves time off from work, but if you are in the final stages of a deal with a customer, at least have the common courtesy to inform them that you won't be able to see the deal to the end, and let that person know who to contact going forward. That's common courtesy. That being said, I wound up contacting the finance department, as she is now the one to finalize the deal. but she doesn't seem to know what's going on. When I asked her what was the status of my deal, she has that she was still hadn't received any money! I informed her that the check had been delivered hours ago and was just sitting there. To which she replied, "Oh, let me check and I will call you back". This was around 5pm. I still have not heard a thing from this company. It's almost closing time and they are not open tomorrow. This deal is still not done, my salesman abandoned it, the finance department has all my money and I can't seem to get an update about the deal. This is second BMW, I had a 750LI before and I loved it. This company gives the BMW brand a terrible stain on it's vaunted reputation.. What's worse, is that I still have to deal with delivery at some point. Whenever finance replies to my requests, they will have to set up delivery and I know that's going to be an ordeal all in itself with these people. I spent almost $130,000.00 at this dealership only to get treated like trash! "AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS"

Tried to look at some used cars today and you can't. They have to drive each one around to you. You can't just browse the whole process takes forever. The offer they give you on your car is an absolute joke and whoever the manager was didn't seem to even care or try to sell you a car. BMW should always be about service and this just isn't the case at this dealership. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I would give this dealership zero stars if I could they are the sheistiest people when it comes to a deal try to charge me $1,500 for impackage told me that they were going to give me $26500 for my vehicle worked it up for 25,000 and tried to use tax credit as the other $1,500 for what they were giving me for my vehicle when that tax credit was coming to me anyways then when we were negotiating we were $1,500 off I was willing to pay $500 they come back and say I need to have $3,000 down because they accidentally put a discount on there that they shouldn't have and the paperwork that they sent over to me has no discount on it in the first place stay away beware beware beware

(***AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID***) Horrible place to work and shop at. Honestly spent enough time Seeing repeat customers come in for the same if not Similar issues they had the first time they came in all because the car was not fixed the first time around. I am hurt writing this because i had high hopes for bmw. The name is iconic but the louisville location LACKS the values the name carries. My advice go to the lex location or heck anywhere but here. You will spend more money than what the cars worth for general Maintenance. The issue you came in for will not get fixed but they will charge you a arm and a leg to lie to you. As for employment .. dont do it .. avoid it. The pay is low the Environment is draining and i say this from experience. I seen the behind the scenes of this place and it was horrible! I was also out due to a issue with my son who was sick and because of such was told by hr i had to be let go after making up a silly reason as to why. Honestly i did my job plus the job of 2 others who was always standing around at someones desk or off in neverland hiding out till break time and it was frustrating to all ends because i was left to do my job plus theirs and when this was brought up to managment i got met with a simple shrug of the shoulder. ( Pathetic) so if you enjoy working your job and others as well while being paid just your hourly base pay than by all means do so. The hr lady is a mass joke (nobody even likes her and I was told to just ignore her if she says anything. I see why now..)she trys to act like shes a manager but has no authority of such. She honestly needs to seek a therapist because the way she carries herself is absurd. Avoid the porter position because not only will you be doing that but you are responsible for vacuming /leaf blowing / trash / honestly just think of it as a janitor position (they say their janitors wont do certain things so you have too) its ran so so so so poorly as well the managment that is their is honestly ad useless as it gets. I seen better managment at your local mc donalds..(that's sad) but overall the place deserves a 1 star and thats being kind.. so in short if you love to give away money for costly repairs that will never truthfully be resolved or if you want to work at a location where the pay is low and the treatment is poor and god forbid if you have family who gets sick than boy oh boy bmw of louisville is the place for you BUT if you have respect for yourself and respect for your wallet take this advice and avoid this location.

I bought a C8 Corvette at the end of March and I’m in early June and I have still not received my plate yet. Was told that the dealership process for executing this task was having some challenges, but this is kind of ridiculous. My temp tag expired and I had to take another vehicle just to have them issue me a new one. Basically I had a car I could not drive. How I know this is a dealer issue is because the county clerk office in Hardin County informed me that they could not issue me a plate as the dealership has to submit title paperwork and registration requests. I know I’m not the only customer because several other customers (from what I was told by an associate at the dealer) is going through the same thing. I previously gave them a five star but this whole issue caused them to drop to a one star. Question now is how will the dealer fix it? Will they fix it? Sales guy Grant was good during purchase but after that the license issue is a joke.
