What Others Say

We have had our Grand Caravan in for multiple service appointments and each time our technicians and advisors have been great to work with, especially since our van has an extended warranty. They have helped make sure things were repaired and covered each time. When they weren't able to match a price for something, there were no high pressure tactics. Very pleased with their service department.

Jeff Wyler CDJR has been consistently disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve given them multiple chances, and each visit has come with a new issue. Here’s the full list: • Fender Damage: They ripped the fender off my vehicle in their car wash and never took full responsibility. • Lost My Car: After dropping it off, I was literally sent home while they tried to locate my vehicle. They had no idea where it was. • Failed to Reset Alerts: After service, they didn’t reset any alerts in the system, leaving me unsure whether anything was actually done. • Wheel Damage: The most recent issue involved visible wheel damage after service. When I brought it to their attention, they admitted they were aware of it but failed to document it. That’s either neglecting to note a known safety concern—which is dangerous—or more likely, they caused the damage and tried to cover it up. This place is consistently careless, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service and accountability. I wouldn’t trust them with an oil change, let alone anything more serious. Avoid Jeff Wyler CDJR at all costs. Updated to add: I received a call from Eric, a General Manager, who stated that he reviewed video footage showing my vehicle arriving on-site with damage already present on the rear passenger wheel. That’s an interesting claim—considering that’s exactly where the wheel is still located. So, which is it? Either your team caused the damage, you failed to document a known safety concern, or the work was never done. Which version is the truth? Also stated I am no longer welcome at Wyler. Very helpful follow up.

Great Experience from the top to the bottom and appreciate the extra time they took helping us out.

I came in to just look around and ended up meeting a great salesman. He wasn't pushy and showed me multiple options. I chose a new Ram because of the price and because of how I was treated. The GM came out and asked how everything was going in the middle of me buying my new truck. Before I left, the sales manager said if I ever needed anything his door was always open and gave me his card. I'd rate them ten stars if I could!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! SLEEZY!!!! DIRTY!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! This is the most unprofessional dealership I've EVER stepped foot in...... I feel sorry for the salespeople on the floor. We had a good experience in the beginning, then the sales manager got involved and that's when the wheels fell off,.....We had agreed to a $55,400 sale price before we drove over an hour to buy the vehicle. Test drive went well. When we sat down to sign paperwork, the sales manager added $1700+ to the purchase price for a tail light strobe, and security air tag that were already on the vehicle before we solidified the sale price. Then after running our credit, refused to sell us the vehicle when I opted to bring him a check from my bank, because he couldn't match the rate my bank was willing to give me on the vehicle! Completely wasted our time, on a Saturday! All because he couldn't get his kickback from his lender pool for securing the financing! To top it all off, the very next day they raised the online price above the original asking price by $500. This car has been sitting on their lot for 79 days! I wouldn't buy a second-hand scooter from these dirtbags! Go give your hard-earned money to a dealership that truly deserves and appreciates your business! These guys don't! I can't imagine the Crap they pull with customers who have a low credit score....

I received a Cold Call asking to purchase my Dodge Charger. They convinced me to come in by telling me I could get an oil change complete while I was there. I am generally short on time so I explained I would need to be in an out in an hour or so - as my last oil change with them took nearly 2 hours. Upon pulling in the service department had no idea about my oil change. I should have left right then, but stuck around while they figured a number to offer me for a vehicle they claim is in high demand. Only to offer me a crazy low number citing a small ding and needing breaks ( which they didnt even look at.) for a otherwise VERY clean hardly driven low mile car. They wasted a lot of time I really didn't have to spare.
