This was absolutely the smoothest sale I have ever made. Let alone car purchase. Rocky was a great salesman and calmed all my nerves of buying a car from out of state. I cannot recommend this dealer enough. This was the best transaction I have ever dealt with and as a bonus I got my car delivered from Alabama to NC in one day! I'm absolutely speechless. They get good reviews but I feel the customer service is lacking when dealing by phone or online. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in but it had no pics as the ad stated it was on its way. I've waited and still no pics. So I called the place and they stated it was on site and several people have already taken it for test drives. Still no pics. The associate I spoke with said he would get me some pics with no avail. I don't recommend dealing with this dealership over the phone.or online. I live to far away to drive there just to find out what I was interested is gone. In my book this is poor customer service or they are doing so well they don't need anymore business. This is just my view. I recommend you form your own.

Contacted by Buster MIles about a Silverado I had listed on social media platform and he offered the price I was asking...received a phone call few hours later from Casey Wynn who started the process to buy my truck...she was great had all the papers and forms sent to me within hours of my communication with Buster Miles....what a great communicator Casey was...never lost touch, had everything in order and was always there to explain the process...truck paid off and picked up within 5 days which included a weekend...GREAT people..thanks to Casey for the professional and caring attitude..best experience in my 60 plus years of dealing with Car Dealerships......!!!!!
