I had bought VW from them. Title took more than 6 weeks to arrive. Dealership failed to give me back the agreed $700 back. I am now suing them for the 700. Customer service is wack.
Sales person was rude and wanted me to buy it sight unseen. His answer to my questions was that it was a rare car and we don’t have to sell. He told me he was too busy to talk to me. When I suggested I wanted to take it to a dealer for a safety check he stated we are not selling it anymore and hung up. Never have I see such xxxxty attitude. I would never buy from such an a..hole.
I don't know what the other guys are talking about, but this place is amazing. Art took me on a test drive, and the car had obvious problems. He offered to fix the exhaust and radio for free if I put down a deposit. He called me later that day to tell me it was ready and I checked it out and LOVED IT! I drove to Florida and back the next week and am still driving it today. Thanks again guys, and I'm sorry you have such bad reviews.
This place is a rip off-they sell nothing but junk...Bought a 2006 chevy aveo from them supposdly with a clean carfax, car was not only in an accident but it had major frame damage and the motor was bad because of it sitting without coolant.Paid 6200.00 for a car that now is worth nothing more then scrape metal-i have filed a report with better bussiness bureau and attorney general's office and will be fileing a lawsuit agaisnt them for selling me a unsafe car with major frame damage, the body shop i took the car to had never seen such poor work..BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS-You have been warned.
I called the dealer to ask about a car they had listed online. He told me it drove great and had no problems. Yeah right. First of all, the car was absolutely filthy inside. There was dirt everywhere and it smelled. Bad. One of the tires was flat and the wheels were missing several lug nuts. The battery was dead as well. The salesman said he would fix all that stuff as if he was doing me a favor and throwing in some free bonuses. They claimed 95,000 miles yet the interior had enough wear and tear for 250,000 miles. Everything else seemed to work until I actually drove the car. It had clearly been in some sort of major accident because it rode like garbage, there was a loud and strong vibration from the front right side, and the steering was totally out of whack. It felt like the shocks were all blown out. If they had actually represented the car as a piece of junk I wouldn't have a problem with them and I would have saved the 4 hour round trip. My advice? Steer clear of these jokers.
