Just bought my car from Paragon. I worked with Jose Perez throughout the entire process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got me a good deal! We spent the better part of the afternoon test driving multiple vehicles, including a trip to a sister lot to see what they had to offer. I eventually decided on a car from the sister lot that Jose had driven over and prepped for me while we went through the paperwork. Being from out of state and new to the city, I had some hurdles we needed to tackle before finalizing things. Jose and the team were well equipped to work with me to get us across the finish line! He even helped get my large/heavy/awkward e-bike into the back of the SUV so I didn't need to make multiple trips.

Had a great experience with him and his team, called them out of state for information on trading my car in and happy they got me into the car I wanted, including it be delivered to my door step. I ended up at Paragon last week for service to my 2015 MDX. I've been in the market for a new one for a while, but still couldn't decide. But I'll be honest, I was not looking to get another Acura. Nothing against the brand, but after 17 years, I was tired of the MDX and ready to move on. While it was in service, I had a chance to speak with Eudes, a very competent Client Advisor, who introduced me to Frank in sales. Like I said, I was there for service, not to shop for a car. Frank is a car dealer that is a very rare find. Almost as rare as a 2025 CPO MDX A-Spec Advance under 15K miles in Murder Black.(My garage guy came up with that name when he saw it) I told him about my research for a new car, and that the MDX wasn't one of them. No problem, no pressure. He got to know me, and why I didn't like the MDX drive anymore. Of course a new Tech package would be better than my 2015. Still, I had other plans. I wanted more engagement in the road, tight European handling and street style. As if there was a "your wish is my command" moment, he brings me out and shows me this car. It was like this car was trying to find ME and Frank made the introduction. No pressure, as Frank wisely explained to me how I can get a car fully loaded that had features I could only dream about, at a better price and value than a new 26 Tech package. I consulted with people who work in the auto industry representing hundreds of dealerships across the country. I called them to see if they could get me a better deal. Not only could a better deal not be found, but that package in that condition wasn't on any of their lots. And that's when I learned the term Unicorn, in dealership lingo. That is an incredible series of events to come together. And they came together over on Northern Boulevard at Paragon Acura. I started off with Ronnie in the Service Department who was taking in info on my old car. The guy has a naturally friendly personality that makes you feel like you're not gonna get screwed. He's an asset to Service. And Frank, what can I say? He turned a car buyer coming in for service, who was in the market, but had already written off the MDX; into someone who drove off the lot on Friday with the best vehicle I've ever owned at a great deal. This car is so much fun, that to call it driving, barely scratches the surface of how you feel ..behind this wheel. The internet isn't going to find you the right Acura for you. Paragon will put you in the right, and smart choice of models. You just read a review from someone that had a great experience buying a car at a great deal from a dealership, in person. A type of review that's also a Unicorn. Rare and hard to find. Now you know.

The service was systematic. They had a plan of inquiry that began with irregular maintenance call that led into a new lease. I mentioned my limitations they worked on every single thing I picked up my car the same day I came in. I was there a little longer. However, I’ve been getting the car from the same dealership for 18 years. I utilize the time to see some of the old people in many of the new people that I haven’t seen because of the new services that they have where I don’t have to come in personally. The new people are trained well they execute well and I appreciate the incentives that I was able to receive from them, as well as getting to see new talent ease into their new positions.
