I felt like Cadillac was able to work with me and provided a deal that I was comfortable with, especially compared to other dealerships. Alix was available 24/7, both before and after my purchase to answer any and all questions that I had throughout the buying process. My wait for finance on signing day was definitely longer than expected, but otherwise I had an overall great experience at Cadillac. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and service.

I'm not one to leave reviews but thought that Cadillac West Mgmt should know that they have a rare team of outstanding sales people in Alix and Mindy. The knowledge that Alix has in the Cadillac brand is second to none. I've purchased 3 Cadillacs from these two and each time I felt like I was the most important customer they've had. I still stop by now and then and am always looking for my next great deal. Alix actually chose for me the Cadillac I'm in now. I always say it's my last one but then again you only live once. Purchased a 2026 Lyriq - I was treated with respect and genuine attention by the sales team including Vik, the General Manager and my awesome sales representative, Raul Sanchez-Ochoa. Raul was incredibly helpful and patient and covered all options and models and spent a great deal of time on test drives.
