From the time I seen the ad for truck. This dealership was friendly and quick to reply. Alvin was a great sales representative. Any time I asked for info or a picture he provided me with it. When I can to see the truck I ended up going ahead and purchase it. Thank you Everett Chevy. Highly recommend

Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC of Morganton The Hickory office is adequate, but its collision and body shop repair center is subpar. In contrast, the Morganton location is exceptional. I primarily interact with Alex in the service department, and he is outstanding. He is always busy because he is the best and consistently delivers excellent results. For instance, when I dropped off my car this morning, he called me in advance to ensure I would have a loaner vehicle if mine was not ready by evening. He is truly impressive. The service manager is excellent as well—I forget his name, but he is always present and attentive to customers. Without this service department, I likely would not remain with this dealership. Do not get me wrong: Neil, the sales associate with whom I have handled my past two car purchases, is fantastic. However, post-sale, it is the maintenance and service teams I deal with most. The maintenance department is very friendly. The staff who schedule appointments over the phone are always courteous and polite. Even when I do not work with Alex—which is rare—the other service personnel step up, remaining kind, polite, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. This dealership earns five stars for service and maintenance.

Went in to the dealership to see what our options about turning in the leased vehicle and maybe buying it. The finace department gave us a very low ball value of what the vehicle was really worth. I showed proof of what it was worth, but was just told an excuse. When the vehicle was leased we were charged a doc fee of 599.00. When going to purchase the vehilce Everett had another doc fee of 699.00. So they double dip on doc fees which are ridiculously high.I understand a business needs to make money but i feel they are ripping you off. I would avoid this dealership and go to Jim Cook Chevy GMC in Marion. They are family owned and operated and there doc fees are lower. Just to be clear a Dealer in North Carolina DOES NOT HAVE TO CHARGE A DOC FEE. Do your homework BEFORE buying any vehicle.

Repair shop Service is terrible here. Customer service is very slow. I will never take my vehicle here for any repairs never again!
