While the staff was excellent, I would advise future buyers to be prepared for higher fees and limited flexibility regarding price negotiations. Ultimately, we decided to move forward because my daughter needed a reliable vehicle, and we are very happy with the car we chose.

I am happy with the service center and have been coming there since 2020. I am very disappointed in at home auto glass, Paul Wood told me my windshield would leak if it was not replaced.I got it replaced the windshield that was on the car was still sealed down just fine. I can not believe Sutherlin nissan would let these scam people come into the dealer to take advantage of their customers.I want to talk to the service manager or Mr. Marine about this problem. I thought the dealer should know at home auto glass is scamming the dealers customers.
