Yesterday service was great, I went in needing an oil change and tire rotation. They completed those services and gave me a car wash. My car looked brand new, thank you.
I had a really good experience with the service department at Cadillac Of Jackson! My service advisor, Dustin Sanders, was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, with a detailed explanation of what was needed, and provided regular updates on the status of the repairs.
