Dudes trying to sell the truck for more then its listed. Called and they were saying it was going to auction and I better get it... week later calling me to say it didnt go come buy it. I today after seeing the price drop to below 90k and they dudescharging the old price. This has to be one of the shadiest most incompetent groups out there.

They really pressure and almost force a deal while sugarcoating what they’ll do and then change you for things that they say they’ll take care of.

very attentive to me when i needed help with the truck, thanks to Justin as he was always happy to answer questions and got me right in to service when my power tail gate didn’t work

With the shortage of inventory, the Sales Manager, Stan, did a great job of walking me through the process for ordering a vehicle. He helped keep me up to date on the progress for the build and delivery of the vehicle. Overall I was very happy with the service provided by Stan and his colleagues at Crandall.
