Highly, highly recommend!! This was our first experience financing a car and Ross made the whole process smooth and easy. I was a little hesitant buying a car because of the stereotype that most car salesman are trying to rip you off... we did not feel that AT ALL with Ross! He wasn't pushy or "salesy." He was kind, helpful, and really went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help us make the best decision. The whole process was so much easier and simple than we thought it would be and we are really happy with our new car and the financing we got!!!

Best car buying experience I've had in a while. I saw the car online, the car in person was exactly what was advertised, we did everything through email until I went to pick the car up...I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes, Ross had all the paperwork completed and ready for me as promised. We purchased my Daughters first car from Ross and had the best experience! He was kind, accompanying, and went out of his way to help us in every way he could! He didn’t have the exact car we were looking for, but knew he was soon getting one he thought we would be interested in, so once the car came in, he sent us videos about it and gave us all the details of the car. We drove almost two hours to test drive it and were very impressed with how clean it was- it looked brand new! He takes great pride in his business and it shows. He is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any car. The purchasing process was very easy and we walked away feeling very happy we chose Cupples. After purchasing the car, we found that it needed a small repair and Ross was so accommodating, made us an appointment, had it fixed and also paid for the repair. He is a man who stands by his word and wants his customers to be happy. We will definitely return to Ross in the future, even if it is so far away- it is worth knowing we are in good hands. When we got up that chilly, January morning, we planned our entire weekend around looking for a car, renting something to get us through any work days we'd be car-less, and spending a lot more money. Ross made all that planning unnecessary. We went to Cupples with a car in mind, spoke to the least car-salesman-ish dealership owner we've ever encountered, and left with a new (to us) car! He even noticed that we'd probably need new wipers soon, so he had new ones delivered on the spot so we could have them when we drove away.
