Salesperson Charles Oliver was great. However my wife and I purchase a vehicle on January 3rd and we have been waiting on paperwork to register our vehicle. We talk to a few people and have been getting the run around. It's April and we haven't gotten any further than the day we drove off the lot with our Yukon. I'm ready to take it back and get my money back. Charles Oliver is the only reason I give this place 3 stars.

When I took my vehicle to GMC On Mendahall I was met with someone who was very professional and was able to help me. The service I received was very appreciated and I didn't have to keep asking and repeating anything that I needed.
