This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.
Great dealership! Friendly staff and amazing customer service in the service department. the service writers went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated well and the techs at Gooley did a great job taking care of my car. Everything was clean and neat when it was returned and it was fixed properly and in a timely manner> I would definitely recommend this dealership for sales and especially service and repair!
