Friendly professional service. Work was completely promptly as promised and communication was above my expectations. Would recommend this facility for your service needs.
Had a repair that was covered by the extended warranty that the dealership sold me when I purchased the car. The entire experience was awful! My car was there over a week for a repair that needed one day! Then I had some spark plugs replaced. I was given a quote before the work was completed. I agreed to the price. When I picked up the car, there was an additional $189 for them to diagnose the issue. Very unacceptable business practice !
Antonio is the most personable and honest salesman we have come across in all our years of purchasing a car. This is our fourth vehicle from celebrity and we trust the product we’re buying and their maintenance department.
New ownership, Repair shop Joe Patty is great! Repairs are not cheap, but what is these days. Can find cheaper mechanics, but not with the same guarantees. Truck always runs better after service call. I always drive away with confidence that the repairs are made to Ford specifications. I am not worried about breaking down when traveling, and if there is a problem, Joe is always there to pickup the phone and resolve any issues; That is great customer service! Been shoppinng for new vehicles. Bought two in the same year in the past. Problem going to do the same or more. Sales department doesn't seem to be interested.
I “inherited” Celebrity Ford from Down’s Ford- and so happy with their Service Department. My 2016 Edge has only been dealer serviced since purchased it new. I love the car and hope to keep it going for years to come. Celebrity is terrific!
Absolute bonkers that there's an additional 3 % service charge for using credit cards; who does that? Will never use again
